Dr. Alex Kallio
Owner/Chiropractor
We are delighted to introduce Dr. Alex Kallio, who brings a
wealth of experience and passion to the Pittsboro area.

Dr. Kallio has been dedicated to chiropractic care for 26
years, specializing in family and sports medicine. His journey began in Lincoln,
Nebraska, where he honed his skills and built a reputable practice voted Best
of Lincoln several years running. In July 2024, Dr. Kallio relocated to North
Carolina for his wife Jennifer’s new role as a faculty dentist at the
prestigious UNC Adams School of Dentistry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kallio has served as a team
chiropractor for numerous sports teams, enriching his expertise in sports
chiropractic care. He was notably one of the team chiropractors for the University of
Nebraska Cornhusker football team in 2023 and 2024. His experience also
includes working with the Fort Collins Foxes, a summer collegiate baseball team,
and the Lincoln Renegades, a semi-pro football team.

In his private practice, Dr. Kallio has treated countless
youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, along with active
adults and weekend warriors. His approach is rooted in comprehensive care,
focusing on enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and promoting overall
wellness.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kallio cherishes his
family time with his wife Jennifer and their three daughters, Maya, Elayna, and
Maggie. An accomplished triathlete and marathoner Dr. Kallio enjoys running,
biking, weightlifting, golfing and generally doing anything active.  His commitment to both his family and his
patients exemplifies the compassionate and dedicated care you can expect at our
chiropractic office.

Dr. Kallio is excited to be sharing the benefits of
chiropractic care with the Pittsboro community and invites you to feel the

Jaide Roberts
Chiropractic Assistant
Jaide is a people-first professional with a deep passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and cared for. She joins our office as a Chiropractic Assistant and brings years of experience in long-term care facility admissions and marketing, where she guided families through important decisions with compassion and understanding.

With a strong background in retail management, Jaide has always been drawn to roles where communication, empathy, and connection matter most. Her ability to make others feel comfortable—whether patients, families, or colleagues—is at the heart of everything she does.

Born and raised right here in Chatham County, she has one daughter, Paityn, who is the apple of her eye. When she’s not at work, Jaide is happiest spending time with her family and two dogs, enjoying the simple moments that make life meaningful.
